Pema Chödrön

Come join us at Casa Werma to view a live transmission of Pema Chödrön’s teaching, “How to Confront Fear.”

Embrace your fears and discover the strength and resilience within you.

Pema Chödrön provides compassionate and practical guidance on confronting fear by encouraging us to face it directly and work with it mindfully. By integrating these approaches into your life, you can develop a healthier relationship with fear, transforming it from a barrier into a pathway for personal growth and transformation. Live call October 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CDMX time.

We will commence with a 30 minute intro teaching and guided meditation with her co-teacher Tim Olmsted. Afterwards, Pema will offer a live talk and will conclude with a live Q&A session via Zoom. There are no prerequisites for the program.

Suggested donation: $200 MXN pesos.

Please Note* This program is only being offered in English.

Date & Time Details: Sunday, October 12, 2025 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm
